After the UN 2023 Water Conference – Fighting Water Pollution

The UN 2023 Water Conference in New York on 22-24 March 2023 will address the global water crisis and promote sustainable water management.  The conference will focus on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which call for cleaner oceans and rivers by 2030 and the protection and restoration of water-related ecosystems.

At the conference, delegates from around the world will discuss topics such as water access, water management, and water pollution.  They will also discuss strategies to ensure that water resources are managed equitably and sustainably.  These will include the implementation of innovative technologies and methods, such as water recycling and desalination.

GLOBE EU’s March 28 conference should urge the EU and its Member States to step up to the plate and take a leading role in the fight against water pollution.  The conference will also emphasize the need for international cooperation and the development of a global water agenda.
